Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park Draws Crowds on Reopening Day

The Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park, Blok M, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta is crowded with residents in the afternoon and into the evening.

Residents began to flock to the literacy park area from 4 PM to 7 PM

Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park Caretaker, Waskita Cahya said that residents who visited the literacy park ranged from 400 to 500 people on weekdays, namely Monday to Friday.

"While on holidays, the visit of residents to the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park reaches 2,000 people," he expressed, Friday (12/9).

He recorded the highest number of residents visiting the library facility at the Martha Chistina Tiahahu literacy park, which was 475 people in a day.

"As for the average visit of residents to the library facilities in this literacy park is around 60 to 100 people per day," he expressed.

He explained most residents who visited Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park had more outdoor activities.

"Most visitors here are discussing with colleagues or relatives," he explained.

He added usually, the literacy park began to be crowded with residents in the late afternoon.

"Residents began to flock to the literacy park area from 4 PM to 7 PM," he stated.

As for the information, after being revitalized, the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park was inaugurated on September 18, 2022. This park has various facilities including, a healing garden, where visitors can enjoy the atmosphere under shady trees, an amphitheater, discussion rooms, gallery rooms, study rooms to a children's playground.

The location is very easy to access, which is right on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta, with 9,170 square meters wide.
